Terms of sale

Accepted payment methods

    • Bank transfer: if you choose this method, you will receive an email with your order code and our bank details to make the payment. When we receive the deposit we will proceed with the shipping. All bank transfers will be made in euros. This option may not be available in every country.

Shipping fees

  • Shipping fess are 7€. Free shipping on orders over 100€.
  • For shipments outside Spain and Portugal, as well as to Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Canary Islands, please consult with us first.

Delivery Times (working days, if the order is placed before 11am)

Once the payment has been confirmed (if made by card, there’s immediate confirmation), the package is prepared and then picked up by the courier company. Packages are usually sent within 24 hours after payment confirmation.

We offer a 24/48-hour service for mainland Spain.
We offer a 48-hour service for the Balearic Islands.
Shipments to the Canary Island take 5-7 days to arrive.
Shipments outside Spain and Portugal, consult with us first.

There will be no shipping from Friday to Sunday, public holidays, and public holidays’ eves.

Once the order leaves our facilities, it is the transport company that is responsible for it (for any damage, delays, etc.)

Just like with every other transport company, sometimes the specified delivery times cannot be fulfilled. If this is the case, contact us and we will give you all the necessary information -including the tracking number of your order if this is available for the specific company-. However, the delay will not involve any cancellation of the order or any compensation whatsoever by OPTIMA SEEDS COLLECTION.

The products purchased will be delivered to the person and address specified on the order.

An order is considered as delivered when the carrier hands in the package or packages to the client, and the client signs the delivery confirmation. The client should, at that moment, check any possible damage so that it can be written down in the delivery note.

By default, invoices will be sent to the email address stated by the client when registering as a customer on our website.

Order cancellation

If the cancellation is done before the goods leave our premises, no charge will be made to the customer. Otherwise, the customer will have to pay for the shipping costs, as well as those associated with the return of the order.

Withdrawal and return policy

By virtue of the current Spanish legislation, our policy allows the withdrawal of every product acquired at Optima Seeds Collection within a 14-day period from the date of receipt.

In order to proceed with the refund or replacement, the product must come with the original, intact packaging. We will not process any return or refund if the goods are not properly packaged.

Once we receive the goods, and within a 3-day period, we will proceed either with the replacement of the product -if available in stock-, or the refund of the purchase price minus the shipping and the return costs.

When returning an order, we can deal with two scenarios:

The goods are returned because the customer made a mistake, doesn’t want it or doesn’t like it, in which case the customer will have to pay for the shipping and the return costs.

On the other hand, if we sent them a wrong or defective product, Optima Seeds Collection will pay for all the costs so that the customer will not have any inconvenience.

In cases where you classify a product as 'defective,' please check all the products before returning them. Returned products that are considered correct or suitable will be sent back to the customer, and a charge for round-trip shipping will be applied to the customer.

We will not pay for any customs fees or tariffs that the shipping may incur.
